Highly recommend. Conrad was our sales rep and was very responsive on all questions, and very knowledgeable. He made the process painless. The installers were also great. Very efficient and great to work with. We got the K9 grass given we have a few dogs. They love it. Also easy to clean. No odor, no spots if addressed within reasonable time. Drainage is great so far as well.We had obtained other quotes prior, and none compared to ForeverLawn. Price was essentially the median of quotes we obtained, but the professionalism, responsiveness, and overall process with ForeverLawn was by far the best choice. Other quotes we received were a little less, a little more, but they took weeks to respond to you, and were unprofessional when talking on the phone. The others really did not discuss the process and pricing with you, they just merely gave you a rough estimate based on square footage, and did not even provide you with brochure/samples/info like ForeverLawn did, and then wanted you to sign a quote right away without any specifics. ForeverLawn was definitely the best choice and highly recommend to anyone in need of artificial grass.

We had about 8000 sq ft of K9Grass installed in the fall of 2018 as a solution to a swampy, mosquito-infested, full shade situation in the backyard of a home we had recently purchased. We had a great experience during the installation process; I felt like Conrad and his team addressed every issue with intelligence and professionalism and really went out of his way to make sure that we were happy.With the record rains we had here a few weeks ago, we had an emergency situation with water in our basement and the short of it was that we ended up having to have about 80ft of pipes run through the backyard. Foreverlawn was able to get a team out before the excavations (twice!) on just a couple days notice to pull back the turf so it would not be damaged and once the pipes were installed, they were back to make my beautiful lawn look as good as new. I honestly cannot tell that anything disruptive happened under the turf (and I’m picky)!As far as the quality goes, I’ve loved it. If you have dogs, K9Grass is the way to go. We haven’t had any issues. Everyone who steps into our backyard is amazed at how beautiful it is. It looks like a perfectly manicured lawn at all times. I couldn’t be happier!

Conrad and Owen were very easy to work with. Owen came out and did a detailed measurement and then they worked to find the most cost effective way to cover our backyard in K9 Turf. We have a YellowLab puppy and she was turning our backyard into a mud pit. Now we have a lush backyard where the kids can run around in their white socks and come in the house clean.Owen managed a large crew and they worked very fast to transform our yard into a low maintenance, always green, oasis. They were always here early and stayed late to get as much done each day as possible. They made my requested changes on the fly and were happy to run decisions by me when they came up. The K9 grass drains better than I could have hoped even when I empty the swimming pool.We are very happy and would Highly recommend ForeverLawn of Ohio.
