About the Project:
Michael Horowitz, a past client of ours, owns a beautiful, modern country home in Stahlstown, Pennsylvania. The house has a unique roof that is completely flat and perfect for creating a rooftop space. Michael and his family wanted a place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of the forest valley, as well as entertain guests when the weather is nice.

Because Michael has worked with us before, he came to us with a request to turn his unused rooftop space into a refreshing retreat overlooking the best view in town. Our professional team at ForeverLawn of Ohio decided to use ForeverLawn® Select LX for the project. This artificial grass is part of the ForeverLawn® Select Synthetic Grass collection and is the first type of artificial grass to feature a tan thatch for a more realistic look. The project required 2,400 square feet of synthetic grass and took just three days to complete. Now Michael and his friends and family have a unique place to entertain and soak up the sun.
